Like the Kaleidoscope design, this design was inspired by research into medical hallucinations, translating what patients see into drawings and markmakings. A common factor across interview research was patients seeing things that didn't exist, such as objects, shapes, people or lights which have been mirrored in this design. 
Our cushions are designed and handmade in our studio in Darlington and are printed on a luxury marbled velvet which gives off a beautiful sheen when hit by light. All of our cushions are finished with a concealed zip.
